HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE AMAREEN ONLINE BOUTIQUE?

We need the information for the successful purchase and delivery of products. The system will guide you to choose the method of payment. Make the purchase. An order confirmation will be sent to your inbox.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE AT MY ADDRESS WITHIN THE AGREED TIME LIMIT?

IS CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURE? 

The AMAREEN online boutique uses a 128-bit SSL Secure Socket Layer to transfer data. The User is also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password and providing appropriate software (anti-virus) protection for their computer. The collection of personal data is registered on the website of the Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si). 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE SLOVENIA?

In case of inquiry, we also ship products to other countries in the geographical area of ​​Europe – for additional information on shipping costs to other countries in the geographical area of ​​Europe, contact us by email at hello@amareen.eu.

WHERE DO AMAREEN CLOTHES AND FOOTWEAR COME FROM?

AMAREEN brand clothing and footwear are carefully and thoughtfully selected pieces on the market, adapted to our above-standard requirements and our vision of complete styles for little girls from head to toe. We want to realise this vision in cooperation with quality and reputable manufacturers in China (PRC).

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH IT OR IT HAS A DEFECT?

You must enclose with the product the FORM and the required attachments for return and send it to the contact address of the Seller: DALAS ONLINE d.o.o., Perkova ulica 17, 1230 Domžale, Slovenia, Europe.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows the tracking of shipments. Prepare the product for transport properly.

The cost of sending the product to the Seller is borne by the buyer. In the case of a justified complaint or warranty, the costs of resending the product to the buyer are covered by the Seller.

The AMAREEN Online Boutique offers the following methods of payment for purchases in Slovenia and in Croatia:

  • via a pro forma invoice (UPN) to the company’s account,
  • by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
  • via PayPal,
  • via ApplePay,
  • via GooglePay,
  • cash on delivery.

When choosing cash on delivery, an additional commission fee of EUR 2.00 (15.25 kuna) including VAT is charged.

The AMAREEN Online Boutique offers the following methods of payment for purchases in Austria, Germany and Poland and other countries in the geographical area of ​​Europe:

  • by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
  • via PayPal,
  • via ApplePay,

WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE PACKAGE?

For products in stock, the delivery time within Slovenia is 1-3 working days.

For products in stock, the delivery time within Croatia, Austria, Germany and Poland is 2-5 working days.
